Common questions
- I can no longer access my listing
- The edit link is in the confirmation email from the day you posted. If you cannot find it, send us the email address and roughly the title — we will resend the link to the address on file.
- Someone is asking for money in your name
- That is not us. nautic.lu never asks for money, neither for listings nor for promotion, and never asks for payment details. Please report such messages so we can warn others.
- A listing looks fraudulent
- Choose "Report a listing" above and send us the link. Typical warning signs: a strikingly low price, pressure for advance payment, a supposed shipping agent or escrow service, and a seller never available for a viewing.
- I found an error in the waterway data
- Perfect — that is exactly what this page is for. Tell us the point and what is wrong. Our data is a community effort and not officially verified; we depend on such feedback.
